Q: How do I return an item?
A: You can return in same packaging or your own packaging, we do not provide return shipping labels but you can take the item to your local post office. Please call us if you need further assistance. 973-591-9965

Q: Do you refund shipping?
A: We do not refund shipping unless it's a shipment error on our end. The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for purchase and returns.

Q: Is there a way for faster shipping?
A: We ship every item First Class or Priority with USPS, we currently do not have options set for faster shipment, but Priority usually arrives in 1-2 days, and First Class 3-4.

Q: How can we tell your items are authentic name brands?
A: We have invoices, and open communication with the brands we work with to insure validity of product.

Q: Who do you use to ship?
A: We use USPS for shipping, Out of the country we use DHL
